CPSL recognises staff development and career progression in CPSL. Our “Leadership Development Programme” recruits colleagues from all levels from Operations Department, offering an opportunity to develop their leadership skills and to enhance their competency for career development in CPSL.

To support development of young talents, CPSL participates in the Graduate Scheme “A” Training coordinated by The Hong Kong Institute of Engineers. The scheme is intended to encourage learning by experience. CPSL provides guidance and trainings to registered graduate trainees to thoroughly integrate their theoretical knowledge with the practical skills and eventually equip them to become professional engineers.
